We’ve worked hard to make sure our templates are as easy as possible for our clients to use. There’s definitely no coding, no working with page builders & no endless back and forths (thank goodness those days are in the past!)

It all happens on the front-end of your website, in real time: just hover over any area you want to make changes to and the settings for it will appear. Swap out the images, change the colours and start typing. 

We wouldn’t want you to not be able to launch your site! In addition to our tutorials, our support system is in place to ensure that you are able to get your theme installed, web page templates uploaded, and working for you just like the demo site as easily as possible. Our support system is email based to ensure we can provide clear steps and image screenshots (something we can’t do over the phone)

We offer installation services if you’d like us to complete all the steps in our tutorials for you:

• Install the theme
• Upload the 15+ web page templates
• Create a coming soon page (as your temporary home page) with your social links, evevator pitch and contact details

Once we complete the install service, you can go in and swap out the text, images and change the colours when it suits you, then you’re ready to launch! (It’s super easy and we’ve added extensive video tutorials to show you and your staff how)

No, Divi is included within your download pack for you to use with your website package. But if you would like to receive lifetime updates and support for Divi, you can purchase your own divi licence here.

We strive to keep our installation service as fast as possible. Turnaround time varies from 8 to 48 hours depending on the current queue.

Kindly note we are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and complete services from 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday. Weekend bookings will be completed first thing Monday morning.
