How To Check Your WordPress Website’s login Username, Email & Password

Tutorials, WordPress

It can be really common to save your website’s login details (within your browser or through a password extension such as lastpass) and so you may not remember what these actually are!

There could be times when you would like to grant others access to your site. Maybe you have a new contributing Blogger, asking a friend for help or just allowing your web designer access to your site for a tweak or to troubleshoot.

You have the option to add a new user to your site using this tutorial, or you may just like to provide this person with your own login details. It’s all about trust, so if you’re cool with it, go ahead!

Double-Check Your WordPress Website’s Login Details

1. Login to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to “Users” > “Add New”

2. Here you can see your username and registered email.

If you’re not sure what your password is, you can always update your password here by clicking “Generate Password” and type the preferred password.

3. Save!
